Creating a Signature

Type a name for the signature, then click

Create your signature in the HTML editor (it's just like a text box) that is provided. You can change the font, font color, and font size here if you'd like (or insert a hyperlink to your website).

Select if you want this signature to be your default signature.

Select whether you want to be prompted to add a signature for each item you send. (I do that, because otherwise that little message that pops up with every email annoys me.)
